6. Payments And Wallet
- Hridayam operates on a wallet-based coin system. Users must purchase coins in advance to access services.
- Coins are deducted from the user's wallet based on call duration, calculated per 10 seconds of usage.
- Payments may be made through supported payment methods including UPI, debit cards, and credit cards.
- Coins once purchased are final and non-refundable, except as expressly stated under the refund policy.
- Referral rewards, when offered, are credited only as in-app coins or call credits and are not withdrawable as cash.
7. Referral Program
- Only registered users in good standing may participate in the Hridayam referral program.
- Each eligible user may receive a unique referral code. Referral codes are personal, non-transferable, optional to use at signup, and cannot be changed, reassigned, sold, or applied after account registration is completed.
- A referred user must be a new user of Hridayam. Existing accounts, previously registered users, or users linked to the same person, device, payment method, or account group may be disqualified.
- A referral is recorded as pending when a new user signs up using a valid referral code. A referral becomes successful only after the referred user completes a first successful recharge that meets the minimum qualifying amount configured by Hridayam at the time of processing.
- No referral reward is granted on signup alone. A user may refer multiple new users, but each referred user can generate at most one reward and the reward is credited only to the referrer.
- Referral rewards are promotional in nature and may take up to 7 working days after a qualifying recharge to be validated and credited.
- Referral rewards are credited only as in-app coins or call credits. They are non-transferable, have no cash or monetary value, cannot be withdrawn, exchanged, refunded, or transferred to any bank account, UPI ID, card, wallet, or third party, and may be used only within the Hridayam application.
- Self-referrals, duplicate accounts, fake accounts, same-device or same-network signups, fake or reversed payments, scripted activity, bulk account creation, or any attempt to manipulate the referral program are prohibited.
- Hridayam may reject referrals, withhold rewards, reverse credits, impose daily or monthly reward limits, suspend accounts, or permanently terminate access where fraud, abuse, suspicious activity, policy violations, or technical anomalies are detected.
- If a qualifying recharge is cancelled, refunded, reversed, disputed, charged back, or later found invalid, any related referral reward may be cancelled, reversed, or deducted from the referrer's coin balance.
- Hridayam may collect and use referral codes, referral relationships, device and IP information, payment validation events, and related activity data to track referrals, process rewards, prevent abuse, investigate fraud, and comply with legal obligations.
- Hridayam may modify, pause, cap, replace, or discontinue the referral program, qualifying conditions, reward amounts, timelines, or limits at any time. Referral rewards are subject to verification and conditions and must not be understood as guaranteed income or cash earnings.
8. Cancellation And Refund Policy
- Refunds are permitted only in limited circumstances.
- A refund may be considered if a call fails to connect or disconnects within 30 seconds due to a verified technical failure attributable solely to the Hridayam platform.
