Mridulam Account Deletion Request

This page explains how Mridulam users can request deletion of their app account and associated personal data. Mridulam is owned and operated by Harmonia Tech LLP.
Request account deletion by email
Send your deletion request from the email address or phone number associated with your Mridulam account. Include your registered phone number with country code so we can verify and process the request.
Email deletion requestDelete Your Account In The App
- Open the Mridulam app.
- Sign in with your registered phone number and OTP.
- Go to Profile.
- Select Delete account.
- Confirm deletion when prompted.
This permanently removes the current account from the app.
If You Cannot Access The App
If you have uninstalled the app, cannot receive OTP, or cannot access your account, you can request deletion by contacting Harmonia Tech LLP:

For account security, we may ask for information needed to verify that you own the account before completing deletion.
Data Deleted Or Anonymized
When an account deletion request is completed, Mridulam deletes or anonymizes personal data associated with the account unless retention is required by law or for legitimate compliance reasons.
This may include:
- Account profile details such as name, phone number, email address, country, and basic profile information.
- Authentication and session data associated with the account.
- App usage data linked to the account where deletion or anonymization is technically and legally possible.
- Messages, call metadata, wallet balance, and support records linked to the account, subject to legal, audit, safety, fraud-prevention, and payment-compliance retention requirements.
Data That May Be Retained
Some records may be retained where required for legal, audit, security, fraud prevention, payment processing, dispute resolution, or regulatory compliance purposes. Retained records are limited to what is necessary for those purposes.
Examples may include payment transaction references, refund records, safety reports, fraud-prevention records, and records required under applicable law.
Processing Time
Deletion requests are reviewed and processed in accordance with applicable laws and within reasonable timeframes. If additional verification is needed, our support team will contact you using the details provided in your request.
